It’s planned! The Prospect for Success is UNC Charlotte’s plan to engage undergraduate students in a potentially life-changing opportunity for personal and professional growth. The Prospect is designed around three interconnected goals–Intentionality, Curiosity, and Awareness–what might be thought of as the DNA of education.

Prospect for Success involves students, faculty, and staff at UNC Charlotte working together to achieve these goals. Faculty teaching Prospect courses are partnering with support units including the J. Murrey Atkins Library, University Career Center, the University Center for Academic Excellence, the Writing Resources Center and Multicultural Resource Center.
